20% VAT will be added to the prices.
The participants should pay the registration fee before May 5th to be included in the conference program.
Both full delegate and student delegate registration fees include:
- Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Presentation
- Conference bag
- Conference programme booklet
- Proceedings (a link will be provided to download)
- Lunch for two days
- Coffee breaks
- Welcoming reception
- Gala dinner
- Attendance to all technical sessions
Cancellation or changes
Any cancellation or changes in your registration must be notified in writing to Conference Secreteriat [email protected] and will be subject to the following conditions.
Cancellation Policy
March 1 – April 1, 2025
100% refund (excluding transfer fees and taxes)
April 2 – May 1, 2025
50% refund (excluding transfer fees and taxes)
After May 1, 2025
No refund will be issued.
